Despite half the editorial team—and the entire H.E.D. Office—being in treatment, the first September issue arrived on time.

Despite the fact that half the editorial team is undergoing treatment—as is the entire H.E.D. Office—we have, decimated as we are, managed to prepare the first September issue on time.

We redirected the energy of that friction toward improving automation and reducing pressure on every member of the editorial team currently undergoing treatment.
